IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE.

9. FORCE MAJEURE (URGENT FLORIDA WEATHER EVENTS)
Stellar Electric shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in responding to contact inquiries, scheduling service assessments, or performing online communications when such failure or delay is caused, hindered, or delayed by acts of God, severe weather events, tropical storms, hurricanes, regional power grid failures, telecommunications outages, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
10. GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND JURISDICTION
The validity, construction, and enforcement of these Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Orange County, Florida.
To the extent any judicial proceeding is permissible under this Agreement, you and Stellar Electric hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, for any action arising out of or relating to this Site or these Terms.
